Who we are
Recharge was born from Enervek, a company active in the energy and heavy industry sectors since 1989, supplying equipment, technical support, maintenance, and modernization solutions to clients such as power generation plants, oil refineries, and metal production facilities across Europe and the Middle East.
That three-decade track record of technical expertise and project execution is the foundation Recharge builds on. Today, Recharge operates as an independent company focused on EV charging infrastructure, while Enervek continues its energy industry work.
Building the Recharge Platform
Five years ago, Enervek set a new direction, building the infrastructure for Greece’s electric mobility transition. That shift launched www.recharge.gr, now a reference point for EV charging in the Greek market and the foundation for the technology platform we operate today.
Recharge combines an e-commerce platform, offering charging stations and personalized services for individuals and businesses, with consulting expertise that helps customers design sustainable charging infrastructure suited to their specific needs.
Alongside this, we’ve built a suite of digital tools, including infrastructure configuration and cost estimation, installation coordination, and a management platform called Charge.Direct for monitoring, maintaining, and generating revenue from deployed chargers.
Today, Recharge works with dealerships, fleets, and industrial partners across Greece and Cyprus, backed by a growing network of specialized installers, with a focus on continuously improving the platform as electric mobility scales across the region.
